To minimise my environmental impact and reduce waste in the manufacturing process many of my products are made to order. Here are the current order processing times:
Art Prints - Ship within 1 working day.
Notebooks - Ship within 2 working days.
Greetings cards - Ship within 2 working days.
Cushions - Ship within 1 working day.
Mugs - Ship within 1 working day.
Tote Bags - Ship within 1 working day.
Your order may be shipped from multiple locations and arrive in separate parcels. In an effort to reduce wastage to a minimum many of my products are made to order.
All of my products ship in the United Kingdom with tracking for £3.95 or spend over £100 to receive free shipping.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me.
I accept returns up to 20 days after delivery, with proof of purchase, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Take a look at my full refund policy here.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at studio@mazleyden.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. I will evaluate the issue and correct it.
