Most orders arrive within 2 days of shipping. I'll send you tracking for your order so you can stay up to date.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email please contact me at studio@mazleyden.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
I accept returns up to 20 days after delivery, with proof of purchase, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at studio@mazleyden.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. I will evaluate the issue and correct it.
