To minimise my environmental impact and reduce waste in the manufacturing process many of my products are made to order.
Because of this, if you've ordered multiple items they are likely to arrive in separate parcels.

Wallpapers - Orders currently ship within 4 working days
Art Prints - Orders currently ship within 4 working days
Cushions - Orders currently ship within 10 working days
Mugs - Orders currently ship within 7 working days
Tote Bags - Orders currently ship within 1 working day
Many shipping providers around the world are experiencing delays, please allow extra time for delivery once your order has shipped. Find out more by reading my shipping policy.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email in the UK, or 20 working days everywhere else, please contact me at email@example.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
I accept returns up to 20 days after delivery, with proof of purchase, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the damage. I will evaluate the issue and correct it.
