In addition to your legal rights as a consumer, I allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind (excluding personalised notebooks because they are custom made). Please return the unused goods to me with proof of purchase with within 20 days and I will refund the cost of the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at studio@mazleyden.com. I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately at studio@mazleyden.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and correct it.
The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
