Orders

Most items ship within 2 days.

To cut down on my environmental impact some of my products are made to order, but still ship very quickly.

All orders are tracked. When your items ship we'll send you tracking codes. You may receive multiple tracking codes if you've ordered multiple items.

My items currently ship to the United Kingdom.

To cut down on waste and reduce my environmental impact many of my products are made to order.

If you've ordered multiple items it's likely your order will arrive in separate parcels, take a look at my Delivery & Returns page for more information.

Postage costs £3.95, or spend over £100 to receive free postage.

Returns

I accept returns up to 20 days after delivery, with proof of purchase, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Read my full refund policy.

Please report any damaged items as soon as possible to studio@mazleyden.com.

Personalised notebooks are excluded because they're made to order.

I refund the cost of the goods returned. Unfortunately I can't refund postage costs.

If your goods arrive damaged please contact me as soon as possible at studio@mazleyden.com.

All my products are designed by me and made in the UK.

The materials used in production are sustainably sourced, take a look at my information on sustainability here.
